On Inn property, Queen Bed, double pull-out sofa, full bathroom, equipped galley kitchen, Bedroom fireplace, TV-DVD  player. Dog (s) are welcome guests with their owners ONLY in the ROSE COTTAGE (advance arrangement @ $25 per day per dog, limit 2 dogs). Sorry, dogs not permitted in the Inn or gardens. The Outdoor Hot Tub, gas grill, and deck are Private to the Cottage, no visitors please.  Room Rate : $139 - $235. Add $30 per day for a 3rd guest, limit 3 adults or 2 adults 2 children under 12.  Minimum 2 night stay in season May 1- October 15, November and December. Price per night varies by season, check date availability for applicable rate.
