Reservations: A 50% deposit may be required for multiple room bookings and/or week long stays. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover welcome. Cancellations: Once the reservation is confirmed with the Innkeeper, the following policies apply- Administrative fee of $50 applies to all cancellations. Guests who cancel or alter the reservation in any way more than 14 days in advance (for one room) or more than 30 days for multiple rooms, are responsible for the administrative fee per reservation booked. If any reservation is cancelled less than 14 days from the first day of the reservation and the time is not rebooked, the entire cost of the reservation is charged. We will issue a non transferable equivalent voucher for use within 3 months of the original dates, without extension. All restrictions for minimum stays apply when using the certificate. All bookings for 3 plus days in June, July and August or any full house bookings at the Park House Inn require a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice. Full house booking cancellations are subject to retention of the 50% deposit. Check in time is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm (Please note: Michigan is on Eastern Standard Time). For arrivals after these hours, please advise the Innkeeper so that we can greet you or set up self checkin at arrival. Please advise the Innkeeper if you expect unplanned arrival delays. Check out by 11:00 am unless previously arranged with the Innkeepers. All late checkouts not prearranged will be charged $60 per hour or partial hour after 11:00 am. If prearranged with the innkeepers $30 per hour will be charged. Late checkout subject to room availability. The Park House Inn and its Garden Cottage are strictly non- smoking. A minimum fine of $300 will be charged for violation of this policy without exception. No smoking of any tobaccos are permitted while in hot tubs. (STATE OF MICHIGAN LAW PROHIBITS SMOKING in or on Park House Inn properties) All dog stays must be pre-approved. A $100.00 pre-paid, refundable deposit may be charged in addition to a daily per dog fee for all dog stays. Any pets found in rooms or the cottage, not part of the reservation, will be subject to the immediate checkout (with their owners) and termination of the reservation without any refund. Any damages will be assessed and charged to the account provided. Any damages to bedding, both in room and common area furniture, video equipment, or any other Inn properties of the Inn will be assessed and charges made to accounts provided. If malfunctions of equipment, plumbing, air conditioning or heating occur, please notify the Innkeepers immediately. Use of soap products, body oils/scrubs bath salts in hot tubs may cause malfunctions necessitating draining and discontinued use of the tubs. Please shower after lake swimming or massage services before use of the hot tub. During your stay at the Park House Inn, please be respectful of our Inn home and the other guests staying here with regard to noise, parking, trash disposal, cell phone & all electronic device use. All no calls - no shows are billed for 100% of their stay, plus a $50 administrative fee. Equivalent Vouchers are not issued for no shows Without exception, ALL reservations require a valid credit card regardless of payment type.
